Down to my lowest weight in ages again! My plan is to be more rigorous in daily exercise, doing the weight training that I've been neglecting, and continuing the cardio. I have two challenges to work on. I'm just wondering what I'm going to tell my husband on my first fast day.. :)
131.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
