I stayed off the scale for a few days, mostly because I had eaten a bit more sodium later in the day and expected that the sodium would impact any results I might expect. After 2-3 days of avoiding the scale, I stepped on it today without any positive expectations and was pleasantly surprised with a weight loss! So I am indeed making progress on the scale. The real progress I am making is that my meal plans are becoming habitual, even when I am on the road or out of town. This change is a change that I want to continue.
