Finally beat the 170 goal. My goal was by the end of March so I'm really happy with getting there. The next step is down to 160. 168 is the maximum "normal" weight for my height and age and I should be there by the end of the week but I think 160 will be more ideal. Another month and I should be set.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 113.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
