2016 kcal Fat: 56.00g | Prot: 68.50g | Carb: 349.98g.   Breakfast: fiber one honey clusters, strawberries, blueberries, banana, Fiber One General Mills Cereals Ready-to-Eat, skim milk. Lunch: fat free cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, sugar free pudding, reduced calorie wheat bread. Dinner: reduced calorie wheat bread, Almost Stuffed Pepper . Snacks/Other: weight watcher fudge bar, turkey hill extreme cookies and creme, reeses peanut butter cup, weight watchers yogurt. more...
