Daddy Manatee's Journal, 18 September 2021

Good morning!
It’s been an interesting week. My son broke his arm Thursday while grappling at karate. He was waiting at the hospital for about 3 hours before being able to see a dr. He and my wife returned home around 1am. He is doing well and still his goofy self. My daughter was so distraught she had to make brownies to help.

Going to eat at a friends restaurant today for lunch. It’s also one of my favorite places to eat in the East Bay. So a light breakfast this morning as I know I will be eating a lot of calories for lunch. And I am really looking forward to it!!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
