Well I gained a pound, but I figure that was due to my visit from "Auntie Flo". I ate way to much yesterday and now with the arrival I should have known. I had a terrible headache, I was very moody and I could not get full at all. I guess I will have to double up on my efforts! I have to remember stress eating is what brought me here in the first place. I need to change some of my other habits and goals because I caught myself falling back into my old eating habits yesterday, eating while emotionally drained.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
