Looks like my carbs will be ok today:) I will be attending yoga this morning at crosstown. My neck is feeling better but still a little tender. I am looking forward to starting group training and Pilates Class next month. I have a clinic appointment on Tuesday morning so I will be missing my class on Tuesday morning.
