i was suprised to see a weight loss this week. i followed my diet, but ate more snacks and didn't do my usual exercise we just walked the dogs and i drink lots and lots of water. so i could just be losing water, but i'll take it!!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
