So reluctant to note down this nonsense🚮 damn those scones and red cake. Eyeballing meals is hit-or-miss, this week was an ABSOLUTE MISS 😂 But We Keep Going.

Can someone recommend a good scale the one I have is a bit dodgy.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
