1301 kcal Fat: 30.94g | Prot: 119.95g | Carb: 143.50g.   Breakfast: English Muffin with Ham and Cheese Sandwich. Lunch: bushs red, Chicken and Veggies Mexican. Dinner: frozen broccoli, classico alfredo, mushroom, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: starbucks tall iced latte non fat, cool whip fat free, jello chocolate pudding , Grains First Crackers - Whole Grain, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Fuji Apples, Bananas. more...
