Not exactly sure wth is going on with my body but I’m definitely not doing good on a calorie increase or my workout isn’t intense enough for what I’m eating. OMAD seems like its the only time I can eat. Even splitting 1000 calories lol into 2 meals made me gain. I can’t wait til this month is over.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
