I think my scale is broken. I doubt anyone can lose 2#, 2 days in a row. I've heard of it, but only when advertising for something. My weight fluctuates up to 5#'s in a day anyway, so I don't trust the scale. I try to go by how I feel and how my clothes fit. I'm living in sweats for a week, at which time I will try on a pair of jeans. I can't stand wearing snug closes, so I am just fine with that plan!
