I behaved very badly in this summer 🙈
I exercised regularly, but I ate too much and it was wrong 😞
153.4 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Don’t be so hard on yourself. We all have setbacks, but think positively that you’ve lost weight before and can do it again 🤗

Thanks friends)) it is my problem. I know how to lose weight, but I cannot keep the weight. I relax and the weight grows again

Oh,my lo e you have gone slightly wonky but come on my lovely you can and will get back on track Wake up tomorrow and say to yourself woops i have gone wrong, but today is the day I put myself right, slow baby steps matter most, we all mess up sadly it's your turn this time, just take a deep breath and say to yourself yes I can, yes I will and no more messing around. You willl lose weight why because you want to we all struggle at times, but somehow we all turn things around. And tomorrow you will. So come one Elka we are all in the same boat and routing you on to throw away that weight. When you want you don't get, but when you say please may I have as a child that works so let it work for you. Wants don't get please may I have do and you will do this.
