Yesterday was a disaster, but still lost - even though you're not supposed to weigh everyday...I weighed again today. I'm meeting with my wellness coach at work Wednesday afternoon and I have to be at least 10 lbs lighter than when I met with him 3 months ago. I think weighing every day when I'm at work will help me stay on track. Back on the wagon again today. I will eat the food that I brought with me and will have to be very good if I end up taking the kids through the drive through tonight because of PAT meeting/event. I'll have to do some research on Wendy's. :)
