Well, I knew this would happen after yesterday but I’m ok with it. Finally got to the store this morning and bought me some eggs so I was able to break fast with some bacon and eggs. Decided to try to go as clean and simple keto as I possibly can for the remainder of the month.

My next major milestone is 220lbs so I can get me a bigger air fryer. Trying to get away from turning on my oven as much since summer doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Todays high is 103° and it’s continuing through the weekend. Perfect time to keep grilling!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
