I DID IT under 140!! I am sure it will go backup with my busy weekend Pats first game, Fall Festival and a girls luncheon tomorrow



Well my hip has been hurting so stopped walking for a couple days so ate less. hip feel better but need to do stretches and a little walking. Plus healthy eating.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 105.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
