Well today I hit my goal! I'm happy, but I'm sure the scale will go up and down the next week. I worked very hard in the garden all day yesterday and also took a walk with a little running added in, but we went out for ice cream last night which wouldn't be so bad, but the baby cone I ordered ended up being a small - and believe me that small was huge! I didn't have to eat the whole thing, but I devoured it. I won't call it a 'cheat day' just a reward for a hard day's work, but I can't get in the old habit of eating ice cream every single day. I will try to get a few pounds under my goal weight for wiggle room before I try to maintain my weight. I've been here before and maintenance is always the hardest part. I just seem to gradually drift back to my old ways of eating until I wake up one day and I'm fat again. I love FS and I think by continuing to journal my food intake and my exercise I'll be able to keep things under control -- at least that's what I'm counting on; plus all the support from everyone else in the same situation. Thanks to all who have provided support. Special thanks to Molinator, she's provided wonderful exercises in her challenges and I just saw that she posted a great stretching routine. I plan to do it today to stretch out my sore muscles!

Excellent, CONGRATULATIONS on attaining your goal!!! When I first reached my own goal, I promptly reset it to 5 pounds under my ideal weight. Though it is a bit discouraging at first, it contributes to help maintain. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! I've been tempted to reset it, but I'll wait awhile and see how it goes. The last pound has taken so long to work off!
