Went to mom's and used her scale. 100% intuitive eating and I'm not going up! I've reintroduced small amounts of gluten here and there as well as processed sugar very sparingly. Still zero on the nightshade vegetables. I go out to eat and don't stress about the calories at all. Dare I say I'm being normal?!?!?😉
