On Monday I weighed 203, but the 4 day weekend I was eating salty junk food. Since then I've been drinking a lot of water to help flush the salt and eat better and today 198, so it was a lot of salty water weight. Seems to be hovering again and if I keep it up hopefully drop a pound or two by the end of the month. Been consistent on the workouts, modifying when needed, and showing improvements in sometimes not modifying.
