Carb backloading seems to be working pretty awesome like... been a long time since ive had over 150g of carbs in a day. We shall see if i just had a "lite" day on Friday.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
