Greetings:
Back in December 2010, I was labeled pre-diabetic. It really hit a nerve in me being that my father had just passed away from diabeties. My doctor told me, you will reverse this! I told myself, I can't go down that path. My doctor recommended I get educated on the disease, and get back to exercising. At the time of my doctor's visit I weighed in at 238, that was 12/17/2010. Since then I have joined a new gym, and with the support of my friend/co-worker I am determined to fight this.
I have started a biggest loser challenge at my gym. I am eating better and staying on track.
