First day back on Fat Secret.I weigh 209.8.I am reading "Eat,Drink and be Healthy".I hiked Temescal this weekend.I ate turkey instead PBand J.
Life is better.I choose to improve and grow and be healthy.

God,help me set aside everything I think I know about work and exercise and healthy eating.
209.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
