I havent been recording my weight as much the past 2 weeks because within a day or so of my last weigh in, and after being good about what I ate and had been working out 4 times that week -- literally over night I had gained 3 pounds. So not only was I past my 152.8 start weight, but I had some how magically gained an extra pound and a half, up to 154.2. This made absolutely no sense to me and it made me sad and not believe in working out and eating healthy were really doing anything. So that following week I didnt workout as much and I didnt keep a good track of how much healthy I was eating. But this week, Ive been doing better keeping on track with healthy eating and drinking enough water and its paid off, Im at least back down to under my starting weight. As long as I keep losing or even keeping steady with weight- I hope to not lose hope again.
152.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
