I started going to the gym two weeks ago. March 7th 2014. I started with a weight of 170lb. Now I am 164.5lb. I go to the gym every morning. And I eat half of what I use to.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
