Dropped .4 pounds!! I really didn't expect this since I got no exercise in yesterday because I was busy and stressing about some financial things. But that was a win since I didn't eat more or drink, which is a pattern for people with addictive personalities. I like that! If someone has a fast high intense and short, 10-15 minutes, please share it.
246.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
