Just began new regime - will be starting Metabolism Study at Mass General in April - following caloric restriction (2000/ day), exercise and big sodium cut down (no more Lean Cuisine for me).

Feeling good - making healthy choices - taking control. Focussing on whole grains, no white flour, no whole fat cheeses, more fruits and vegetables - lower fat and sugar - more water. Feeling good! Woke up this morning feeling lighter and happy : )

Not to sound lame - but I feel like today is the first day of the rest of my life : )
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
