Well, nothing lost...nothing gained!!! Good but not good! I am glad I have not been gaining, but sad I have not been loosing it either. I have added weights to my work out and I believe that might have a lot to do with it. I have been working out 3 to 4 days a week and it is so great, I am very sore, but it is a great feeling! Doing cardio at least 2x during the week also. Not only working out, but playing softball 4 nights a week and on the weekend, so you can see that I am not lacking in exercise for sure...my eating habits are not all that great though...I am struggling because of not being home so much I am not able to cook the proper foods...when we have to stop and grab a bit, I try to be sure it is something small or a salad or something that is fairly healthy, but I know fast food is not the answer....summers just kill me with the eating. If it was winter all year long and I was home and able to cook I would be great! But it isn't and I know I need to try harder...we are going camping this weekend and I went to the store and purchased a lot of fruit, but there is only so much you can do while camping, I am going to make the best of it and stick to the eating as best as I possibly can! Hope everyone else is having a lot of luck! Have a great weekend!!!

It's probably all the working out, turning all the fat into muscle can actually add weight. You are doing great on the workouts, I am very envious. Keep it up.

Wow, you are really moving! You ARE probably building some nice lean muscle so I would worry about the dumb scale!

Hedder can't read your post. That blue is messing with my eyes. lol. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn through out the day. even while you are sleeping. So build those muscles it will all equal out in the end.

clt is right. If you're building muscle, then you're going to burn more calories and eventually that fat with melt right off of you. Maybe you should alternate weeks with doing cardio 3-4x a week and not as much strength training and then vice versa. I can't imagine doing this diet as busy as you are. You're doing great! I'm envious too.
