there hasn’t been much progress in terms of weight loss but good thing is rest is all same. Due to certain life factors plans have been pushed forward until foreseeable future.

However big changes coming in food section that is in my control. have been going though my food intake for the last 4/5 weeks and cutting down some things and plan to remove and substitute some as well.
with rippedbody.com macro calculator , i am going to concentrate on the carbs and fat intake and push as much protein as i can. i was following FS C,F, P intake before but now i think i need to switch to ripped body.

hence my calorie deficit will come from there as well. since i am not lifting as he recommend with his calculator then less protein would only effect muscle growth but rest should effect weight. ( don’t know if this philosophy is accurate ). will ask Dioblo.

had my Covid 2nd on saturday and since then no workout. really sore arm and body aches. somehow don’t know how but i think i have sprung my lower back. ( not boz of workout) recovering from that.

hopefully will start again tomorrow if not then defiantly Wednesday.

2/3 weeks plans———-
* will focus on food macros esp fat and carbs
* find more variety in workout with dumbbells
* push up a little more weight and let’s see
* keep the workout challenging at least every week.

40-50 min. 6.5 kg per hand.

side leg raise with Bands
push-ups
Squats W
chest press W
abs crunch
abs cycle
stretch and cool down
Also learn the name of workouts. God there are so many. 🙂
198.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
