Disappointing as I had a couple of good weeks and only lost 300g but at least the stall is over and a loss is a loss. Hope everyone has achieved their heart’s desire this week. 🤗
162.7 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
