I've cut my calorie intake to 1800 calories per day for 3 days, and then one day intake of 2160 calories. Then repeat the 3 days, and then one day routine. My body fat has reduced.
I continue to swim 5 miles per week. I have added the exercises from the personal trainer. As an example. This morning, I will walk on the elliptical for 20 minutes, do the personal trainer program 140 minutes. Jullian Michael's abs workout 20 minutes. Later in the day I will swim 1 mile. As of yesterday 3/8/2011, I have completed 253 miles of swimming since my second heart attack on June 8, 2009.
I joined facebook, to show my body being transformed from the 230+ lbs. just prior to my second heart attack.
I have reached my goal weight of 175 lbs. Now, I need to replace the remaining body fat with muscle.
As I approach the anniversary of the second heart attack, I plan to have professional photos made, and place them on facebook.
