Weight's up I hope it is the excess salt I had yesterday. I've been known to gain a lot of water weight fast. I'll stick with it today, check again tomorrow.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
