A month into my P90X3 exercise and "diet", and seem to be loosing a pound a week. Though I'd love to drop 2 pounds a week, 1-2 pounds a week is my target, and if I stay consistent, I should reach my goal by the end of the year. What I am doing appears to be working. I seem to gain a little near the end of the week, but by Monday it drops.
