No weight loss yet but it's my first week. I am really encouraged by everyone's support and success and am determined to keep positive 😊
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it may take a couple of weeks to start seeing movement as long as you keep going and constant. have you taken your measurements? that's also a great indication as sometimes the weight may not reflect the full picture

But u didnt gain any. ... woohoo!! I agree with Dani, sometimes takes a few weeks to get things going and all the Non Scale Victories like the belt going down a notch or ur trousers getting looser, you will do this Cherry ❤️

As mentioned below may take a little while to start a loss also make sure you are drinking loads of water as water weight tends to be the easiest thing to shed. If you're still within you're calories after a month or so and nae losing then you may need to look at your rdi 😊😊
