I just want to note I’m recording my usual, first weight when I awake weight as 240. I was about to beat myself up but I realized I didn’t blatantly sabotage my results by binge eating on something I didn’t need. This is a lesson.
Well, I didn’t make it to the 9:15 class yesterday. I really had no motivation. After him not showing for class at 5:15 I felt real discouraged. The good thing is I didn’t eat my feelings like I normally (and oh so wanted to) would have. I had tuna salad and raspberries yesterday and I’m ⬆️! Theres so many factors that could have contributed to it.
I did use sweet relish in my tuna instead of just dill relish. I never measure mayo, ever. Could’ve been a lot of calories. I added onions. I’ve never had raspberries, or any fruit on keto except the occasional strawberry & peach or pear I would sneak. I did have a little more mio than I usually have.
All these thoughts were going through my head all day. Wrecking my brain trying to figure out where I messed up. Currently I’m at 238.8lb but to keep it fair and accurate 240 is what we’re marking.
