My doctor said to loose 5 lbs, no sugar, dessert or candy on 1/24. I weighed myself and am down 8 lbs. Yeah me!!!!!! My clothes fit a bit loser and my face looks a bit thinner. Again... Yeah me!!! I am feeling better. Trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Not always succeeding. There have been a few meals that have been skipped. Mostly because of being too busy at work. But sometimes because I am lazy. But for the most part, I have improved greatly. I go back to see my doctor in April. I am curious to see how my blood sugar levels are doing. All in all - doing well.
