last week, I had the flu and gained 2.5 lbs; this week, I lost 4.5! I really stuck to my diet plan, had foods that kept me feeling full for a longer period of time. I'm down 26.5 lbs since Nov.3 and I'm feeling great! I have so much more energy now!
