I can only assume this is water weight because I've stuck to my diet 100% for three weeks straight!!
So I ain't worried. The weather seems to be clearing up a bit, if it gets in anyway good I'm heading out for a walk.
Relax and enjoy your Sunday everyone :)

The exact same thing happens to me WannabeSlimmer2013. I keep track of my measurements. I take them from 'head to toe' (literally!) Sometimes the weight fluctuates for the reasons above, but your measurements will help remind you that you can still lose inches regardless of what the scale says. I think ultimately that inches lost (and getting closer to the body you want) are more important than the number on the scale. If you are losing inches...your body is getting healthier too. Great attitude...and keep going, you can do it!!

I agree with Alicat0665 - measurements and the way my clothes fit are more important to me then the scale - good work

Thank you guys, I agree completely, I think I'm gonna start taking measurements too. I definitely feel like my thighs have shrank a few inches. Have to go find the measuring tape :D Its more than likely water though, everyone keeps commenting on how much water I drink now, I went from drinking NO WATER 3 months ago to almost 2 litres a day. Never thought I'd be going that LOL

Wanted to share this good and informative article on 'How Much Water Should I Drink?' and the benefits that go along with it. Hope it helps someone out there :)

The link is unclickable but I've read so many articles on water now, I used to hate water, I'd never drink it by its self. I always drank sugarfree dilute drinks, unlike a lot of people on here I never drank Sodas/Fizzy drinks. However I have come to love water, I drink approx 3-4 x 500ml bottles of still water everyday :D
