Day two on 500 cal .... yesterday wasnt bad! Pretty sure I can do this! a little worried about getting tired of the same foods ... the Lord is my strength and I can do this!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
