153.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

144 lbs is an arbitrary goal I set long ago. My interests are different now. I am trying to gain strength through vigorous exercise. This will naturally cause me to gain weight as I build muscle. Excess fat has never been a problem for me.
