Oh dear I have now totally lost the plot. Back to where I don't want to be. Friend asked me to be her diet buddy since then I've gone stupid with my eating. I think it must be because I am not focused on myself. I must get back on track. Today is day one (again) and I will record my food intake daily as this is the only thing that seems to work for me.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
