0.6 lb feels a bit frustrating for the week. But then again, the lower your weight gets, the longer it takes to shed the last few pounds. Patient, I will be. (Star Wars is very popular at my house!)

Oh and yes, happy fat tuesday, happy fausnaught day, happy mardi gras, whatever the case may be. So watch out for those homemade doughnuts, moon pies and Hurricane drinks!
