Still lose my appetite ..
But I am force to eat ...
On the way to office .. I ate 1 egg boiled

Now add another boiled egg .. with 550ML water.

Lunch : 4 pcs chicken cut in small cube size + a small cub of fried chinese mustart green + a small cub of fried white mustart

2 liter water

184.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
