My little bar went from red to orange in fatsecret!! whooohooo! 13.4 lb lost so far. 31.6 lb to go. I feel a bit like the "tortoise and the hare", "slow and steady wins the race". I woke up absolutely starving and feeling bloated, had my normal breakfast and while I now feel ok I'm still somewhat hungry. I did run out of bagel thins, so I had to use a sandwich thin this morning, but it's close enough to normal. I've got just over 2 hours till lunch, so I think I'll be just fine. KL
