I'm house sitting for a coworker and I'm not so sure how accurate her scale is. I did take an 8lb weight and tested it, but I still feel like I weigh more than this. Hopefully not, but I'm still doubtful. I need to buy myself a scale ASAP.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
