this is the lightest I have been in a very very long time. Life has started back up for me, about 4 and a half weeks ago. Which has made me more active and work has picked up the past two weeks to. I for sure don't want to lose any more weight because I'm feeling healthier then ever. I want to maintain and ideally be around the 165lbs mark. that means keeping track of my calories again, making sure I'm getting enough now that I'm more active. -Respect others -Love your neighbour -Stay on track -Remember "No one Actually cares" it's all in your head. you're doing great keep it up!
