8.3%

The fat goes down again. Yesterday's eating..."C-". So A, B, C- sounds like a Jackson 5 song, haha. Did great up until I got home. I find it hard to eat completely right when I get home on a Sunday afternoon. I do not know what it is exactly, maybe it's because it's the end of the weekend and it's my way of psyching myself into the week to eat right but I end up eating higher carb food on Sunday afternoons. From granola, to crackers, to quinoa, to whatever else...just take a peek into my snack and dinner for yesterday and you'll see what I am talking about. I heart carbs yet I cannot deny the results the following morning. So it is what it is - I hate that line.

Have a good day and a good week people!

I know what you mean...I don't think I can handle a really low-carb diet. I've almost completely done away with empty carbs like added/refined sugars, processed flour, alcohol, etc....but I can't give up all the whole grains and fruits. I just can't. Seems that the most I'll be able to reduce my carb count to is 35 to 40% of my calories...and that's on a good day. It seems to be working out OK though, so I should probably just quit worrying about it.

I think I'd die without carbs. Seriously, either of starvation or of a broken heart. Maybe you just need to space out your carbs throughout the day so that you don't binge at the end of the day. Yes, I'll admit your snacks for yesterday were a bit much, but if I had all those tasty treats taunting me all day, I'd probably go nuts, too! (I ate an entire chocolate cake last week in 2 days. I'm not even that dissapointed in myself. That was tasty cake.)With a low body fat percentage like yours, I wouldn't beat myself up too hard over a C- food diary on one day--you're still doing great :)

Thanks guys for the pep talk, haha! @Tubbs- Yes, chocolate cake, figs, granolas...mmmmm. I am usually good at spacing my stuff out it's just not as "structured" as it is when I am at the office versus at home. It's so easy to just shrug my shoulders and say "oh well" but luckily that does not happen all the time. I think the quiche did me in as well! It's so hard to resist right after church and just before marriage class they offer us Timbits, Quiche, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Yoplait Yogurt (blah), and fruits. I go for the fruits, half a bagel, and couldn't stay away from the quiche because it was the only thing I could think of for protein because the yogurt was laced with aspartame! Baaah.

Yuck, aspartame! I can only stomach that stuff when my tastebuds aren't working. Funny question, but what is marriage class?

Marriage class. It's a 6 week program in the Catholic Church that helps prepare you for marriage as best as possible. You talk about family planning, intimacy, communication, conflict resolution, finance, etc. Suprisingly better than I thought it would be. Next Sunday's graduation! woot woot.

LOL...I am in full support of marriage class. I'm Baptist and my past two churches had pre-marriage counseling. Through my friend's experience, I would recommend it to any couple despite your experience and how much you already think you know about each other. I fully intend to do this as well.

I'd never heard of that...sounds like a good idea though, considering the divorce rate nowadays. Ooh, graduation! Congrats!

I don't know how accurate this is and since it is coming from the class itself, it may be slightly sided. But they mentioned couples outside of prayer/church, have a divorce rate of 1 out of 2 couples however that greatly decreases with couples who go to church/pray together on a consistent basis to 1 out of 100. I wish I could back that up with the actual study...
