Oh, neck, waist, hips. I am embarrassed by my measurements, but I want to track them for progress, so I leave it uncoded, so to speak. Lol

Measurements are a great idea!! They helped me when the scale stayed stuck many times. I’d measure and get the reassurance I needed that yes I was doing this right because I lost inches. It kept me going when the scale depressed me!!

Yes, bgr12! It's been a month, and even though a couple of weeks seemed really slow, I've lost 13 pounds and a total of 5 inches, so I'm trying to just stay focused and view it as a lifelong thing and not a sprint to a magical finish line. :))

That’s fantastic FH for a month!! I was more a turtle than a hare!! And when given my goal by my doc seemed unreachable.
Any trick, tip or guide I’d try it! But measuring my body really helped me! Photographs work too! We don’t notice the little changes day by day but if you have a day one picture, start taking one on your monthly start day. It’s your personal record but you’ll see. And it will encourage you. The pictures show what we don’t see!
