I have done well today I can tell by my scale... I have not craved anything sugar... just went to the closet when i was bored n then went ot do some sowing so get my mind off it... but i know I was not hungry!!! Thanks to everyone who has been encouraging me. Prayers and Blesssings your way!!!
155.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
