Yesterday I had cheated .. ate 2 types of kuih (kuih lapis & koci)
Today hope i'll cover it ... Breakfast with 2 boiled egg Drink plain Water in morning 1.250 liter
Lunch hour I have lose my appetite only drink 1 liter plain water but cover my hungger with malay dessert (oh no! I am break my induction training) ate each small - fried keledek ,kuih talam & onde-onde hopes the carbs not too much.
I am covered it with treatmill @ gym with 150 ONLY calories burned within 34 minutes-3.2KM (what the shame! .. need more practice)+ slow cycling in 15 minutes ? huhuh its not enough .. but i am hope this is will start to motivate me to go out for more excersizes.
Dinner only ate 1 big boiled egg .. Sleep at 11.30pm
