I was missing for all of 9 months or even more 😜 guess what I had a baby yes my efforts to lose weight landed my a big belly
But never the less I am back and feeling motivated to get it done

260.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
